Ghost Form was founded by a former aerospace technician who got tired of cutting his own inserts with a kitchen knife between flights. What started as a side project for friends turned into a small shop, then a real factory, then a team of designers and machinists shipping kits to teams across six continents.

We do one thing: design and CNC-cut foam that fits your tools and your case so well you'd swear it was molded around them. We don't sell cases, we don't sell tools — we obsess over the layer in between.

Every order is made to spec in our ISO-9001 facility outside Cleveland, Ohio. NDAs are standard, and yes, we'll happily sign yours.
